A gold-filled antique brooch pin (circa mid/late 1800s) from the Victorian era has been repurposed as a necklace to be more wearable today.
Turquoise has been used by many cultures of antiquity. French archaeologic excavations of ancient Egyptian tombs (including that of Tutankhaman) also influenced Victorian jewelry. This may well be an example of both the Etruscan and Egyptian revival influences of the time.
