Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process. For orders involving customization or alteration, please allow additional 2-4 business days to process. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we've received your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Estimated delivery time does not include the time that it will take to process your order and prepare the package.  Please know that once I ship the package, I cannot control how long it takes to get to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders via USPS First Class with insurance to all addresses within the United States. The tracking number for your package will be automatically e-mailed to you upon mailing.

Upon request, we can ship purchases via USPS Priority mail or UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer shipping via FedEx. Should you be interested in an express shipping service, please contact us for a price quote and additional information.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to most countries throughout the world!

Customs, duties, fees and any import taxes are the responsibility of buyer, as are any return shipping costs for some international transactions. If a package is returned to us for unpaid customs charges, we charge a 15% restocking fee.
