Sterling silver Victorian brooch pendant from the late 1800s with hand tooled details. Two hearts are joined with a bow. The Hebrew word for watchtower, MIZPAH, is depicted, along with an engraving of the phrase "The Lord Watch Between Me & The When We Are Absent One From Another". This would have been worn to signify the emotional bond between people who are apart from each other. Pendant measures 1.6" wide. Pin is sterling silver with English Birmingham hallmarks. Found in the United Kingdom.
