This one-of-a-kind conversion necklace is made up of:
Sterling silver Edwardian bar pin pendant from the early 1900s. This former bar pin is composed of three King George V 3 pence coins affixed to a bar. The front of the coins contain the Latin script "GEORGIVS V D.G.BRITT:OMN:REX F.D.IND:IMP: B.M.", which translates to "George the Fifth by the Grace of God King of all the Britains Defender of the Faith Emperor of India". The back of coins show the crowned denomination dividing date within oak wreath, though the year is covered by the sterling bar. Circulation issue of these coins were from 1911 to 1920. Pendant measures 1.9" wide.
New 14k gold filled chain that measures a standard 16”.
