A gold-filled antique bar pin from the Victorian era (circa mid/late 1800s to early 1900s) has been repurposed as a necklace to be more wearable today. The architectural depth and dimension is amazing (all the levels!), all the more dynamic with the black enamel tracery and the subtle fleur de lis at the center. One can only imagine what this bar pin has been through over the past 100 or so years. All of its history adds to its character.
